Next we put in the ‘follow’ numbers.  If you want your cell to be the second number then if you’re not at your desk when a client calls -  MBA kicks in!  Using a friendly preprogrammed message - the system explains you’re not at your desk but that you will be tracked down.  Before doing so, it asks the caller to state their name, next the system places them on hold and rings your ‘follow’ numbers. When you answer your cell phone, you will be greeted with the message “you have an incoming call from” and the callers name is played back.  You can now choose to accept the call or ignore the call.  If you ignore the call the system will pass them back to your MBA voicemail box.  No longer do you need to manage your office voicemail and cell voicemail.  Now you can rely on your MBA voicemail for all your calling needs.

In addition, Cytel MBA provides you with Fax services to your DID as well.  When someone sends you a fax, they do so by sending it to your DID, our systems will detect the inbound fax, receive it and send it to your E-mail account.  Regardless, what E-mail account you have AOL, Yahoo, Gmail (and more) they all integrate to Cy-fax.
